The Texas HR PRos network group is made up of HR and Recruiting professionals and candidates (corporate and agency) nationwide, in all different specialties. This is a very active, but very informal group. According to one of our Dallas members, you could receive up to 100 FREE leads a week which include candidate resumes and job leads.
ALL JOB POSTINGS AND RESUMES ARE FREE! If you would like to post a job or resume and if you would like to join, here is how it works:

- Post job leads to the group here. The leads will be emailed to the group with the direct contact information. Make sure to title appropriately. Example below:
RESUME: XYZ (POSITION QUALIFIED FOR) - LOCATION - OPEN OR NOT OPEN TO RELO (PASTE YOUR RESUME IN THE BODY OF THE POSTING)
OPEN POSITION: POSITION TITILE - LOCATION - OPEN OR NOT OPEN TO RELO (PASTE THE JD IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL)
If you can not use the lead "PAY IT FORWARD" to a few contacts that may be interested and so on and so on.
- You never know when you may hit a lead that is perfect for you, but what makes this group successful is that each one of you are able to contribute and send to a group of friends...and so on and so on! Even if you aren't in a hiring position, you know someone who is, so forward the opportunity to them.
As we all know, networking is important whether you have a job or not. Unfortunately, most people learn that lesson when they are "out of work" or "looking for a job". We look forward to helping each other, and we hope you will continue to pay it forward.
1. Membership is limited to HR and Recruiting professionals living in Texas and those people who work intricately with Human Resources. Texas residence is a requirement.
2. Treat fellow members with respect and civility at all times.
3. Commercial spamming is not allowed.

This group is dedicated to assisting professionals and HR professionals in transition, with a focus on the Houston market. Membership is free...all we ask is that you inform us when you land a job and if we assisted you in finding a job. Please observe these simple rules:
1. Practice 'Servant Leadership' and there's a greater likelihood that you will meet people who can impact your life causing good things to happen for you.
2. Any posting, or any discussion that supports the in-transition membership, is appropriate. Please maintain civility at all times and avoid insensitive or contentious topics.
3. Please post all jobs you find anywhere else. This group is not limited to HR professionals, so all postings are appropriate and encouraged. Do not let a posting die with you - post it here. If you're not sure whether to posit it, post it anyway. If you thought it was posted once before, it doesn't matter - post it again.
4. You're also encouraged to network with other group members - often.
