Today, a couple of us Texas HR Pros attended a leadership seminar led by Kevin Karschnik of iSpeak based in Austin.  He taught us how to take direction tips during his seminar "Great Leaders have Purpose, Priorities, and Persistence".

Having a Purpose (knowing what you want), setting Priorities (organizing your day), and being Persistent (never quitting) will help you become a more effective leader.   We learned leadership success factors via visuals for tracking for greater efficiency, performance, productivity, and commitment.
