In your efforts to maximize employee
engagement, retain top talent, and develop leadership, have you encountered
these mentoring challenges:
· Why do people resist change - even when you’re changing
something that doesn’t work?
· How can mentors learn the art and science of effectively
mentoring others within an organization?
· Why is regulating states of mind so crucial to deal with
workplace stress?
Many of the methods to facilitate
change are contrary to how the mind and brain work. As an executive
responsible for training and development at your company, you may have interest
in the mind and brain science of effective change for individuals and systems,
as well as enhancing the collaborative alliance of members within your
team.
Please join me as I facilitate a presentation
by David Krueger, MD, author and expert on mentoring. You’re invited to a breakfast meeting at Lone Star College University Park Conference Center (Highway
249/Tomball Parkway and Louetta Road, at the former HP campus) on Friday, March
22, 2013, for a presentation on The Art and Neuroscience
of Optimizing Performance. Dr. Krueger will introduce fundamental
principles of psychology and neuroscience integrated into strategic mentor
coaching that directly impact facilitating effectiveness for employee
engagement, talent retention, and leadership
enhancement.
David Krueger, MD,
is CEO of MentorPath®, an executive mentor coaching, training, wellness, and
publication firm. Dean of Curriculum at Coach Training Alliance, he
is author of 17 books, most recently The Secret Language of Money,
a Business Bestseller translated into 10 languages. He formerly
practiced and taught Psychiatry and Psychoanalysis, and was Clinical Professor
of Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine.
His program, Mentor Coach
Core Mastery integrates psychology and neuroscience with strategic
coaching to provide proven management and performance strategies for
mentors. His training program provides the tools, methods, and
principles for developing or enhancing a Mentor Program in an organization.
Please RSVP to me as soon as
possible, since we’re limiting seating to the first 25 confirmed RSVPs. Breakfast and registration is at 8:00 AM, with
the program concluding at about 10:45 AM. Please respond by
March 18, 2013, since we expect to be full.
I hope to see you there.
