Find out how to wear the right hats at the right time to make the right moves for your future in leadership.

The Process:

1. Bonnie Moore will briefly share learning from "How Managers Become Leaders" by Michael D. Watkins.
2. Small groups will look at the seven seismic shifts of perspective and responsibility and develop real world steps to help us make these shifts in our own arenas.
3. The small groups will share their insights with the whole group so all can take away tools for shifting from manager to leader.
4. Final thoughts will add enhanced reflection on the interaction and promote networking.
