Event Description

Training Impact Map Skillset Alignment Program (aka TIM) is a methodology, process and toolkit specifically designed to make YOU, the L&D professional, invaluable to your business and stakeholders.

How?

By taking the risk out of your performance improvement initiatives, it will be easier for you to align the proposed learning solution with its business impact BEFORE you embark on the actual work.
You will also gain upper level leadership commitment regarding budget, project scope and timelines that will guarantee success…YOUR SUCCESS!
What would success look like? Ensuring the right people have the right skills at the right level at the right time to proactively meet urgent business needs.
Upon completing the pre-session interview worksheet and participating in this interactive session, you will be able to:
  • Articulate your organization’s short-term business goals and its plans for preparing its people for the future;
  • Utilize the TIM Template to align the ‘IF-THEN’ logic flow for closing specific performance gaps; and,
  • Secure your key stakeholders’ commitment (from the C-level to the front-line levels) for ensuring long-term behavioral change; and ultimately, business success.
