Foster also posts HR positions and knows many HR executives in Dallas Fort Worth because he has  25+ years experience in corporate recruitment, including more than 15 years in strategic recruitment management. Foster has served as Director of Recruitment for The Associates/Citigroup and GTE/Verizon Communications as well serving in consulting roles for large banking conglomerates, semiconductor manufacturing, and aerospace/DOD companies. In addition, he was a recruitment outsourcing leader for Korn/Ferry-Futurestep.

Most recently Foster co-founded the popular Career Search Network (CSN) and founded http://www.search4uinc.com that powers the Career Search Network. He spends the lion share of his time traveling to job seeker groups in the state of Texas and serving as the Job Search Navigator. In that role, he helps people navigate all the information shared by groups in order to help them create customized search plans to find that next job God has for them.
